After more than three decades, a Baldwin County Cold Case has taken a major turn. Human remains discovered in 1994 along Highway 225 have been identified as James Carol Jackson, a Texas man last seen in 1987. While the identification brings long-awaited answers to his family, investigators say the case is far from solved and are now urging the public to come forward with any information that could help determine what happened to him.
